Coding + Slicing an HTML Form

    Hi there,

I have attached an image that I have been trying to slice + code to make it a submittable HTML form, but I havn't been able to figure it out.

If anyone could please help me out, I would much appreciate it. It is for my wedding RSVP.

I would like there to be radio check buttons for the options aswell.

Here you go. Obviously the functionality is limited seeing as no information was provided. But you should be able to figure out how to link it all. Anyway cheers on your wedding here is my gift to you. If you have questions ask me.

Just extract the files to your desktop and open the index.html

    Thank you coothead!

I've been trying to get the form to send to my email, but I'm having a lot of trouble... how would I get it to send to an email address?

    Hi there pegasus88,

you need to use server-side methodology to reliably have your form
data submitted to your email address.

Check with your host, to find out what options are available to you.

Then go to the appropriate CodingForums.com forum..

    ...or...

    ...for advice.
