    svg + FireFox issue

    Using a gray image filter for a site...it's working on the test server in both IE and FF, but on the real server the image won't show until hover is issued (which removes the filter). I thought it was an issue with where the filters.svg file was located, but I've moving it as well as every url possibility I could think of.

    Test site: http://www.claryfuneralhome.com/alumni/

    Real site: http://alton.k12.mo.us/alumni/

    Just bumping this up, hoping for an answer...it works on the php page on my server, but not on the html page on the target server. Possible doctype or content-type issue? Any ideas??

    On the site where it works on CSS without hovering over seems to be

    filter: url("filters.svg#grayscale");

    but on the site that it isn't working this seems to be missing completely, but on hover effect it gives

    #content img:hover {
    border: medium none;
    filter: none;
    }

    So if you do have the same

    #content img {
    filter: url("filters.svg#grayscale");
    height: auto;
    max-height: 320px;
    max-width: 320px;
    width: auto;
    }

    code on the site it isn't working & on the site that it is working correctly, something might destroy your CSS for content IMG.

    This might be fixed my giving CSS rules !important value;

    #content img {
    filter: url("filters.svg#grayscale") !important;
    height: auto !important;
    max-height: 320px !important;
    max-width: 320px !important;
    width: auto !important;
    }

    This is one way I could think off, if this won't fix it post here and I will take even deeper look to your site.
