    css drop down issue in IE compatability view

    I have a website www.buffalolacrosse.com where the css drop down menus are not displaying correctly in IE compatability view. The Menu code is listed below. I can't figure out what might be going on. Any help is appreciated.

    Code:
    @media all{
    .navmenu>li>ul>li>ul>li { width: 400px;  }

    .navmenu,
    .navmenu ul,
    .navmenu li
    {
        padding: 0px;
        margin: 0px;
    	z-index: 2;
    	text-align: right;

    }
    .navmenu > li
    {
        float: left;
    }
    .navmenu li
    {
    	list-style-type: none;
    	font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    	font-size: 12px;
    	letter-spacing: 0px;
        color: #ffffff;
    	padding-left: 15px;
    	padding-right: 15px;
    	border-right: 1px inset #999;
    }

    .navmenu > li li
    {
        list-style-type: none;
    	text-align: left;
    	font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    	font-size: 12px;
        border: 1px solid #003366;
        color: #ffffff;
        background-color: #003366;
        padding: 0 20px 0 0;
    }

    .navmenu ul
