    CSS - Want to rotate entire td

    Hello all. This is my first post of many no doubt.

    I have created a css class that looks like this:

    .cont td.BlueBackgroundVerticalText{
    width: 40;
    height: 120;
    border: solid 1px black;
    background:#DBE5F1;
    padding:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt;
    text-align: center
    -moz-transform: rotate(-90deg);
    -moz-transform-origin: 50% 50%;
    }

    Attached is a copy of what the output is.

    I want the td's that have been changed to vertical text
    to have a border and to fit in with the rest of the table

    Help would be much appreciated
    Thanks

    fyi
    Code:
    width: 40;
    height: 120;
    is invalid- need indicators (px or something)...

    anyways I would agree w/ your college... you will get cleaner cross-browser rendering using images... also you don't handle IE at all... the images can be spawned easily w/ paint

    I code C hash-tag .Net

    Validate: html CSS
    Debug: Chrome FireFox IE

    Yeh my bad. was messing about and forgot to put the pt back in.

    Yeh the system weer developing will not be used on IE. Head developers decision.

    Will take your advice and will create the images.

    yup no prob...
    is this going to be on a closed network where you can restrict the browser?
    does your "head developer" know that IE holds over 50% market shares for browsers? and that not accounting for IE is a really bad business move?
    just food for thought.... good luck

    Yeh. Its a content management system for paying customers.

    The system is not live yet and there still a lot of bugs in it but once this system is ready i rekon it will be used on all browsers
