    Can't See Border

    I am using this code to create a css button. All of the code works except for the border around the button. Any ideas why?

    Code:
    .button {
    	background:-webkit-gradient( linear, left top, left bottom, color-stop(0.05, #a3a3a3), color-stop(1, #424242) );
    	background:-moz-linear-gradient( center top, #a3a3a3 5%, #424242 100% );
    	filter:progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient(startColorstr='#a3a3a3', endColorstr='#424242');
    	background-color:#a3a3a3;
    	-moz-border-radius:6px;
    	-webkit-border-radius:6px;
    	border-radius:6px;
    	border:1px solid #822eff;
    	display:inline-block;
    	color:#bdbdbd;
    	font-family:arial;
    	font-size:15px;
    	font-weight:bold;
    	padding:6px 24px;
    	text-decoration:none;
    }
    Any advice is Appreciated!

    Hello lankanmon,

    I copied and pasted this code into Dreamweaver CS5, and the border all worked fine. I also ran it in Safari to check, and once again, the border appeared around the button.

    I'm not to sure what the issue is....
