Random "p" is displaying and I don't understand

Recently, I performed some updates to a website, and a random "p" character is showing up. I edited the page via "vim" using putty, so I have no clue why the "p" character is showing/displaying on the page. I checked the source code for a "p" but I see none.

The page can be viewed here: http://gmsdent.com/doc.htm

The "p" character shows right above "General Dentists"

I stared at this for a moment, and can't seem to figure it out.
