Page shows up wrong in IE, please help!

the page is located at cashraffle.org and it shows up fine in firefox and chrome with minor problems in the text alignment but in IE its totally off due to a table pushing the contents off to the side. I used the table to keep the footer from coming up to the top. Could you please help me clean up the code?

Try fixing your coding errors if you want cross browser compliance.

IE needs its own CSS file. Use IE's Conditional Comments to direct to IE only CSS.
