    Inserting text with punctuation

    I have edited my wordpress theme so that I have text in the header under the slider that is there. I did this because I wanted the text to be static, whereas it wasnt if I put it in the slider. The only way I could work out how to do it was to add a table in the html after the slider.

    creative.jigowatt.co.uk

    Code:
                	  <div align="center">
                      <br>
                	    <?php if(is_page_template('template-home.php')) : // if using the home template ?>

                	    <img src="<?php bloginfo('template_directory'); ?>/images/hellotheretitledark.png" align="middle"/>

                      </div>
                	  <table border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="100%">
    <tbody>
    <tr>
    <td width="50%" height="76" valign="top">
    <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #000000;">We are Creative Edge – a Cambridgeshire-based one-stop design, <br>advertising and marketing agency – and we can help you to communicate<br> with your customers in ways that get results for you. Our wealth of experience in doing just that for all sorts of companies means you can be sure we can help you to achieve your business goals too!</span></p>
    </td>
    <td width="45%" valign="top">
    <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #000000;">We’re not a big agency – in fact, we like to think of ourselves as small, but perfectly formed. And that means loads of advantages for you – you’ll get much better value for money than you would from a large agency with big overheads, you’ll enjoy a much closer working relationship with us, and you can be sure of always having direct contact with the people who run the show here.</span></p>

    </td>
    <?php include 'includes/header-slider.php'; // include the slider ?>
    </tr>
    </tbody>
    </table>
    I have got the desired effect but my punctuation is missing!!? I am guessing that dreamweaver is seeing it as code and is hiding it, how can I stop it doing this?
