    Text not under <div> border-top...

    I am having trouble trying to shift down some text, as it seems my div border-top is striking staight through the text and the text is not inbetween the top and bottom borders.

    CSS
    Code:
    #wrapper #blog-panel #first-blog #creation-para p{
    	position: relative;
    	font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;
    	width: 550px;
    	font-style: normal;
    	word-spacing: normal;
    	opacity:0.60;
    	left: 22px;
    	display:inline;
    	font-size: 16px;
    }
    #wrapper #blog-panel #first-blog #creation-para{
    	margin-top: 20px;
    	position: relative;
    	width: 550px;
    	border-top:2px solid rgba(0,0,0,0.3);
    	border-bottom:2px solid rgba(0,0,0,0.3);
    	height: auto;
    }
