    ie7 & ie8

    Of course it's fine in firefox, chrome and even ie9.. but in ie7 & 8, the bottom of the graphic (the light blue background) is getting cut off/deleted on the "sign up for our monthly newsletter" graphic on the right.

    It should look like the image attached. Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

    You could put the form bar in a div and say in css background:none;
    If that doesn't work try adding z-index properties so that the text input is on top, the background is one layer lower down and all the content underneath is lower.
