    Eliminating email notification

The current situation is this, I’m currently playing an online chess match with a friend (email chess). After each move there is a text box in which you can add comments to be sent to your opponent. The box accepts html coding which allows you to insert gif files, space paragraphs, general formatting, etc. Well my opponent discovered how to remove the notification that is sent out after he makes his move. As such without getting the email stating he’s played I eventually run out of time and loose. Any ideas how this can be replicated. I’m not yet efficient enough to know how to ID this.

    I code C hash-tag .Net
    Reference: W3C W3CWiki .Net Lib
    Validate: html CSS
    Debug: Chrome FireFox IE
