    Help coding this form correctly

    I have an html / php form that I made from one of the php free form sites. I copied the php into a new html page and it looks fine. But I need to move some elements on the same line.

    Yes and No checkboxes ( same line)

    I Use checkboxes on the same line as well.

    I'm trying unsuccessfully to do this. Any help?

    form is here

    The two check boxes are in two <li></li> at the moment. Move both the check boxes to one <li></li>

    Code:
    <li id="li_3">
      <label class="description" for="element_3"></label><span><input id="element_3_1" name="element_3_1" class="element checkbox" value="1" type="checkbox"><label class="choice" for="element_3_1">YES</label></span>
      <label class="description" for="element_4"></label><span><input id="element_4_1" name="element_4_1" class="element checkbox" value="1" type="checkbox"><label class="choice" for="element_4_1">NO</label></span>
    </li>

    Thanks so much for that info, looks great now. I have one more question. Below is the link to the new form.

    You will see the 2 circled R's are too large and I need to make them smaller. But just that text not the rest, follow? If I create a new rule and call it lets say text_small and make the R's that class or rule the whole checkbox line goes back to two lines.

    Did you try replacing those symbols or whatever they are, with the html entity:

    &reg;

    They will be somewhat smaller then.
