    Question A different menu

    Hey everyone

I'm working on a website at the moment and currently in the process of making a rather unusual menu for it.

What I am looking for is a menu that always has one active button (One must be selected), and have this active button in the same position.
To help get my point across further:-
    Say I've got 6 letters: A B C D E F (each represents a button)
When I visit the page, C is selected and in the middle of the page. I then move across to D, but to do this C must move to the left, as D takes C's position to become active. Hope that clears it up. In addition, is it possible to create this function and use hotkeys on the keyboard to control it? (i.e. use the arrows to move left and right between buttons)

If any of this is possible - it would be fantastic!
Thank you for reading, hope you can help.

    Hi,

    Seems unique idea...

It is possible using jquery and javascript, but code will be complex, because you have set position of each menu item, whenever you change menu and also you have limit on number of menu items.

    Cheers
