    Should work in current browsers. Maybe you have a typo?
    (o<
    //\ &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; =^..^=
    &nbsp; &nbsp; $!

    Hi zuzupus

    Like this:

    Code:
    <style type="text/css">

    TEXTAREA{
    BACKGROUND-COLOR : #eeeeee;
    BORDER-BOTTOM-COLOR : #3c3c3c;
    BORDER-BOTTOM-WIDTH : 1px;
    BORDER-LEFT-COLOR : #3c3c3c;
    BORDER-LEFT-WIDTH : 1px;
    BORDER-RIGHT-COLOR : #3c3c3c;
    BORDER-RIGHT-WIDTH : 1px;
    BORDER-TOP-COLOR : #3c3c3c;
    BORDER-TOP-WIDTH : 1px;
    COLOR : #3c3c3c;
    FONT-FAMILY : Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    FONT-SIZE : 11px;
    }
    </STYLE>
    All you need to do is change the selector (normally the html element/tag).

    In this case, I have changed "SELECT" to "TEXTAREA"

    If you are using both, then your css styles will look like this:

    Code:
    <style type="text/css">

    TEXTAREA
    {
    BACKGROUND-COLOR : #eeeeee;
    BORDER-BOTTOM-COLOR : #3c3c3c;
    BORDER-BOTTOM-WIDTH : 1px;
    BORDER-LEFT-COLOR : #3c3c3c;
    BORDER-LEFT-WIDTH : 1px;
    BORDER-RIGHT-COLOR : #3c3c3c;
    BORDER-RIGHT-WIDTH : 1px;
    BORDER-TOP-COLOR : #3c3c3c;
    BORDER-TOP-WIDTH : 1px;
    COLOR : #3c3c3c;
    FONT-FAMILY : Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    FONT-SIZE : 11px;
    }

    SELECT
    {
    BACKGROUND-COLOR : #eeeeee;
    BORDER-BOTTOM-COLOR : #3c3c3c;
    BORDER-BOTTOM-WIDTH : 1px;
    BORDER-LEFT-COLOR : #3c3c3c;
    BORDER-LEFT-WIDTH : 1px;
    BORDER-RIGHT-COLOR : #3c3c3c;
    BORDER-RIGHT-WIDTH : 1px;
    BORDER-TOP-COLOR : #3c3c3c;
    BORDER-TOP-WIDTH : 1px;
    COLOR : #3c3c3c;
    FONT-FAMILY : Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    FONT-SIZE : 11px;
    }

    </STYLE>
    And of course you can just keep adding further selectors.

    You could also group the selectors if they have the same properties and values (but maybe you could do that at a later stage)...

    Read the tutorial I referenced in the last post... It will save you so much time!
    See ya

    Possibly it's because you cannot edit the borders on the select element in IE?
