    tiny issue with input box in IE6

    Hi, i know IE6 has no problems and usually it has problems with double margin and padding, butt i have the reverse problem... lol.

    In all browsers my form displays fine
    the picture below shows what it views like in all browsers

    and in IE6 it displays like this (only IE6)

    werid huh? ive been on google, and can't find anything related.

    my form code:
    Code:
    		<div id="dom">
    			<form method='get' action='dac' onsubmit="return check_domain_input()" accept-charset='utf-8'>
    				<input type="text" class="search" name="domain" value="Domain Name Search..." onclick="this.value='';"/>
    				<input name="search" type="submit" class="btn" value="" />
    			</form>
    		</div>

    CSS Code
    Code:
    		#dom {position: absolute; bottom:0px; right: 0px; margin: 0 14px 24px 0; padding: 0px;}
    		#dom form {margin: 0px ;padding: 0px;}
    		#dom input {float: left; font-size: 12px; letter-spacing: 0.75px; color: #707070; Background: #F0F0F0; margin: 0px; padding: 3px 0px 6px 1px;}
    		#dom .btn {margin: 0px; padding: 0px; cursor: pointer; height: 24px; width: 28px; background: url("theme-images/magglassblue.png");}

    Its like all other browsers are including the right padding but IE6 aint, but i havn't set any padding for it:/

    Where the hell do you even get an IE6 browser?! I sincerely want to know ! :P Anyway, I would guess maybe making a text-align:left;? Maybe for some reason inputs automatically align right in IE6?
    On the other hand I have no idea what you're referring to with the padding. I don't see anything there that would make a significant difference in any browser.
