    Exclamation Help with css

    Why if i use css3 to curve corners

    -moz-border-radius: 8px;
    border-radius: 8px;

    do i get errors like so

    806 div.cat_bar Property -moz-border-radius doesn't exist : 8px 8px
    807 div.cat_bar Parse Error [empty string]
    Heres an example of code streight from the style sheet

    Code:
    div.cat_bar
    {
    	background: url(../images/theme/main_block.png) no-repeat 0 -160px;
        border: 1px solid #000;
    	padding-left: 9px;
    	height: 31px;
    	overflow: hidden;
    	margin-bottom: 1px;
        -moz-border-radius: 8px;
        border-radius: 8px;
    }
    So like i said above all im adding is -moz-border-radius: 8px;
    border-radius: 8px;
    to curve corners but keep getting them errors thrown up..

    Because -moz-border-radius is not a valid W3C standard declaration, it’s a proprietary extension for Mozilla type browsers (Gecko layout engine). Likewise, CSS3 is not an official standard (yet) and therefore, technically border-radius is invalid code, too, if you have a very strict validator.
