    Error in html5 validation

    I am trying to get validation information on
    http://www.countyfairgrounds.net/indiana/indiana.php
    and am getting this error from the html5 validator.
    First off I do not have a line 1532
    so can anyone help me with this error message?
    I also searched for x95 and cannot find it

    "Sorry, I am unable to validate this document because on line 1532 it contained one or more bytes that I cannot interpret as utf-8 (in other words, the bytes found are not valid values in the specified Character Encoding). Please check both the content of the file and the character encoding indication.
    The error was: utf8 "\x95" does not map to Unicode"

    Oh, believe me, you do have a line 1532 (overall you have 1811 lines) – look at your output source code; that’s a long document. If I copy the source code into my editor it shows that line 1532 is this (highlighted):
    Code:
    <!-- eventData.php starts -->
    <table>
    <tr>
    <th scope="col" >
    Indiana, <em>Hartford City</em>
    </th>
    There must be some hidden invalid character, I guess. Try to remove these whitespaces or delete the line and write it out manually again.
