    http, https security warning

Hello, quick question please. I can't seen to figure it out.

    basically, on this website:

    https://www.knifecityoutlet.com/store/pc/home.asp

I have a web counter down at the bottom, per the customers request. Problem is the web counter is hosted elsewhere and is http://, and when you switch to secure pages it prompts the security warning. I tried taking out the http:// but no luck.

How can I keep this, or a similar counter working fine without the security warning?

    Thanks

the counter also has to come from a secure source ( https) or the security warnings will continue.

You will need to see if the counter host provides a secure option (https:// address). If not, you will need to find a counter host that does provide secure option or build/run a hit counter on your own.

If the customer wants to know how many people visit the site and is okay with not displaying a counter, you might try Google Analytics which does provide a secure option.
