Arrow HTML and CSS knowledge base?

    Hey all,

    New to the forums,

I have a few questions. I want to learn html and css, I understand some of it but read before you say "ooooh we got another one." What I want to learn is how to use my photoshop template and turn it into a working html, css and eventually js website. I understand the basic, slicing it creating your files and formats, I use komodo edit.

There are many videos on youtube and tuts all over the web, however, all the ones I find show you how to do it with the photoshop template they created or they found. What I need to learn is how to name and code everything properly with my templates no someone theirs. I find it to be a headache trying to figure out what to call everything in the html and css so they are linked, confused on when and how to use divs and html tags correctly and not sure how to tag css.

Are there any classes I can take, or any really in depth guides that show you descriptively step by step on what to name something and then what to name it your css and make sure they are linked properly. I know this is easy to learn, but I just can't put my finger on how to properly name and link everything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks,
    dazd

    There is much stuff here.
Use the Search facility. Single words often work best..

This is one choice from it.
