    vertical nav, positioning

    I'm not sure what I'm missing. When I don't code for awhile it's like a lose everything. On this page (username and password: guest), why won't the top nav go vertical after I used inline property and why won't the social media icons in the footer go to the right of the bottom copy text instead of pushing all the copy text down? I'd like SM icons to line up with the bottom navigation - just to the right even with right border. So, nav and other copy needs to move up.

    Thanks so much in advance!!!

    They are verticle. Do you mean you want them horizontal?? If so you need to float:left; the <li> instead of display:inline;

    I meant horizontal. Found some help. In case this helps someone: I set the anchor in the top nav to be display:block and therefore each link started on a new line. The other issue was that I had to remove the clear:both.
