    changing character set in Dreamweaver

    My website was originally designed with the Western European char. set
    I wish to change it to UTF-8.

    The website was originally built with Dreamweaver 8.

    Does anyone know if it is easy to change it using Dreamweaver CS4 which I have been using for the past 2 years?

    If so how is it done?

    I don't want to have to completely re-build my website as there are over 50 pages.

    All help much appreciated

    Code:
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">

    Thanks eberdome I already guessed about this but I thought there would be more to it than that.
