    Question Newbie having problems with li tags and increasing the line spacing

    OK...Newbie here...im trying to list a few items and i want put a larger line space between each listed item...

    At first, i tried adjusting the space by using line-height:x which stretched the space between each line, but it also stretched the font size making it bigger, which i dont want...also it spaced every line so if there was any text that wrapped in my 'list', it would space that as well, but i am only looking to put a larger space between each sentence listed...

    Bottom line: I am looking to put a space between each bulleted item (about 1.5 space or so) without affecting the font size and without affecting the spacing for any text that wraps within each bullet

    I would really appreciate any insight on this

    Thx

    re

    You could add a class to your li tags.

    HTML
    <li class="space">

    CSS
    .space {padding-bottom: 5px;} is this what you mean?

    Um...that is exactly what i mean...

    I was trying exactly what you suggested originally, but thinking back on it now i must have placed it wrong in my HTML...in which case i tried using the line-height to no avail...

    Thank you very much
