    CSS - Image alignment issue

I have 2 images at the top of the content of my page that should be appearing at the top of their respective <div> but they are appearing at the bottom. Basically, the top of the images should line up with top of the "Welcome To The Billboard Family Online!" Image, but it is not. Please advise, I can not figure this one out. I am beyond tired of looking at code, so I am sure that is a factor in this.

    Thanks in advance.

In HTML you can create internal or external links using "anchor" tag "<a href>" else you have to integrate other languages for server side redirection....
