    Question a:link vs a

    Strange one;
    Using the first block of code the link wont stay current, yet the second block works?
    <a href="#" class="current">Home</a>
    Code:

    a:link {
     color:#F60;
     text-decoration: underline;
    }
    a:visited {
     color:#F60;
    }
    a:active {
     text-decoration: none;
    }
    a:hover {
     text-decoration: none;
    }

    a:link.current {
     text-decoration: none;
    }
    Code:

    a {
     color:#F60;
     text-decoration: underline;
    }
    a:visited {
     color:#F60;
    }
    a:active {
     text-decoration: none;
    }
    a:hover {
     text-decoration: none;
    }
    a.current {
     text-decoration: none;
    }
    Has this a:link been removed?

    It should still work. Maybe something else is targeting it.

    You've probably visited the link without realizing. Setting discrete colours could reveal this to you.

    That's a rather large signature you have there. *cough*
