    Question blank space between cells / tables

    i am having problems trying to get rid of the spaces between the cells and tables :/

    i'm not very good with css or html but hope someone could help me.

    It's that mysterious gap and can be cured by adding
    Code:
    td img {
    float:left;
    }
    into your CSS. But, don't you know why using tables for layout is very bad?

    hey thanks for the reply!

    i figured it out..

    i had to edit this
    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en" lang="en">

    to

    <html>

    and that fixed the issue.
