    IE6/7 Fix help

Hi folks, this is my first ever post!

I've recently built a website for my fiancee. She's a small business owner and we'd love some help to fix some compatibility issues with IE 6/7. Her website is at http://www.akimbo.com.au

In making the site, I have made it valid with (mostly) CSS 2.1 (added one tag that's not compatible, but is compatible with 3.0) and HTML 1.0 Transitional. At least I've done this with the index page for the moment. If I can fix problems generally I'll make changes to the rest of the site.

Unfortunately, the image based menu system doesn't work in IE6 or 7. I'm quite sure the 'Stamp' menu doesn't work at all either (i.e. links can't be clicked).

Can anyone give me some help as to why it doesn't work, and what options I have to fix it? I've seen people put coding into their sites to make fixes for IE6/7, but I'm not sure what the problem is so I can't fix it.

I would appreciate it a lot as it's for a new business venture and she's already had a user say that they can't see/use the site properly. She'd like it to be accessible to as many ppl as possible, so even if I had to make some changes and create an IE6/7 friendly version I'd do it.

Here's an image of what it looked like from BrowserShot on IE7:

Thanks in advance for your help,

    Reeyano
