Internet Explorer Menu problem in IE

Hey guys,m new user but this seems like a great community so i will be sticking around even after this is resolved (if it gets resolved)

I'm at my wits end, i have tried everything i can think of to solve this issue.

I have been using the cut and paste css horizontal list menu code from javascript kit (http://javascriptkit.com/script/scri...stopmenu.shtml) And im having a problem in IE (firefox, chorme and opera are fine)

It is on this page, http://www.corver.essex.sch.uk/newbuild/blank.shtml, and the problem is when hovering over the "Parents" header it drops the second line down a whole load.

I can't think of anything else to try and it doesnt seem to happen to the other buttons or browsers.

Any thoughts guys? Or Do you need to see the CSS or similar?

Hope you can help, im about ready to inform all school parents to burn IE7

    Your markup is completely invalid!.

The first thing to make a valid markup is to have a complete DOCTYPE at the top. Read the article at http://www.alistapart.com/articles/doctype/. I'd recommend and HTML Strict one.

Also, while making your pages, you should ensure that your markup is valid as per the DOCTYPE used. You may check the validity from http://validator.w3.org/
