    Link help using div id

    I need a second set of eyes, I can't see what I am doing wrong.

    Code:
    #support {
    	font-family: Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    	font-size: 18px;
    	color: #000000;
    	background-image: url(images/hflogo.gif);
    	height: 80px;
    	width: 200px;
    	margin-left: -350px;
    	position: absolute;
    	left: 366px;
    	top: 1000px;
    	background-repeat: no-repeat;
    	background-position: center bottom;
    	text-align: center;
    	}
    #support a {
    	font-family: Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    	font-size: 18px;
    	color: #000000;
    	height: 100%;
    	width: 100%;
    	margin-left: -350px;
    	position: absolute;
    	left: 50%;
    	top: 890px;
    	background-repeat: no-repeat;
    	background-position: center bottom;
    	text-align: center;
    		}
    #support a:hover {
    	font-family: Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif;
    	font-size: 18px;
    	color: #000000;
    	height: 100%;
    	width: 100%;
    	margin-left: -350px;
    	position: absolute;
    	left: 50%;
    	top: 890px;
    	background-repeat: no-repeat;
    	background-position: center bottom;
    	text-align: center;
    	}
    Thanks in advanced

    Take a peek Test Link current css "View Support At" is way off page which is the link. The bg image is what the link should be, with the text centered at top of div
