Transparency in Background URL
I'm adding an image based search button to the site I'm coding but am running into a problem. When I choose an image in the submit form input type, the X and Y coordinates are submitted with teh form - which is messing up my Google Analytics.
So the alternative I choose is to style the button using inline CSS. Unfortunately, this causes the PNG image file I'm using not to display the transparent edges correctly.
Any suggestions on using an image in a form without getting the X & Y coordinates?
<form id="form1" name="form1" method="post" action=""> <input type="submit" id="searchsubmit" value="" alt="Search" style="background-image: url(http://www.jaytravels.net/images/search2.png); border: solid 0px; width: 60px; height: 24px; cursor:pointer; margin: 3px 0 0 3px;" /> </form>
