    It's the default border of fieldset element. You may remove it completely by adding the following CSS
    Code:
    fieldset{
    border:none;
    }
    Or you may add some specific selectors or other properties, if required.

    Hello twistedsoul,
    Either do the universal reset at the top of your CSS,
    like this-
    Code:
    @charset "utf-8";
    /* CSS Document */
    *{margin:0;padding: 0;border:0;}
    body,td,th {
    	font-size:11px;
    	color:#ccc;
    Or you can be more specific and remove the default border like this - #contactform fieldset{border:0;}
    Validate often DURING development - Use it like a splelchecker | Debug during Development |Write it for FireFox, ignore IE
    Use the right DocType | Validate your markup | Validate your CSS | Why validating is good | Why tables are bad
