    Dotted border is not appearing on the right border of my .content div. How can I fix that?

    Hello jihanemo,
    the short answer would be to put something in it or give it a height.

    If you want that dotted border to go from you header to your footer, you should put it on the .contentwrapper.

    Just to demonstrate, put a background color on .content like this:
    Code:
    .content {

    width: 693px;
    float: right;
    /*height: 200px;*/
    background: #f00;
    border-right-style: dotted;
    border-right-width: 1px;
    border-right-color: #999999;

    }
    Then uncomment the height: 200px; and see the what happens.
    Validate often DURING development - Use it like a splelchecker | Debug during Development |Write it for FireFox, ignore IE
    Use the right DocType | Validate your markup | Validate your CSS | Why validating is good | Why tables are bad

    That'll do. I'll just put it on the .contentwrapper. Thanks!
