    Question navigation help with left and right curves

    hi, Could someone please help me, on my site: http://vila.slicedcreative.co.uk/

    I need to add 2 images to the left and right of my navigation so that it has rounded edges but these would also have to change depending on if someone hovers over the first and the last link?!

    html for navigation
    Code:
    <div id="hd">
        		<img src="/images/logo.png" border="0" alt="company Logo" align="left" />
        		<div class="navbar">
        		<ul>
        			<li><a href="#">Link1</a></li>
        			<li><a href="#">Link2</a></li>
        			<li><a href="#">Link3</a></li>
        			<li><a href="#">Link4</a></li>
        			<li><a href="#">Link5</a></li>
        			<li><a href="#">Link6</a></li>
        		</ul>
        		</div>
        	</div>
    css:
    Code:
    ul {
    	list-style-type: none;

    }
    li{
    	display: inline;

    }
    .navbar {
    	width:690px;
    	height:43px;
    	background-image: url(/images/1px_nav.png);
    	background-repeat: repeat-x;
    	position: absolute;
    	top:60px;
    	right:18px;
    }
    .firstbutton{
    	background-image: url(/images/left_side_nav.png);
    	background-position: left;
    }
    #hd {
    	height:130px;
    }
    thanks
