    dreamweaver scroll bar..

i've been designing a website on dreamweaver recently, and to compensate for different screen resolutions, the design is wide, with blank spaces either side.

but when the site loads you have to scroll to the right to see the text, how can i get the page to load in the middle? or some other solution?

    thanks in advance.

in order to properly compensate for different screen resolutions, you need to apply Percentage values to your width. This is called liquid design. It will adapt to any situation from topnotch 50' TV screen to the small iphone monitor.
