    Tiny form elements in IE>

    I just opened IE8 to test some form script for someone and noticed all the form controls are tiny weeny and unulsable. Is it just me? Codingforums.com seems fine but google.co.uk is not.

    see attachment.

    Come on someone must have IE8. Can you at least just open IE8 and check google for me. I just want to know if its my installation or everybody?

    This is my css fix so far

    Code:
    <!--[if IE 8]>
    <style type="text/css">
    body
    {
    	font-size: 14px;
    }
    form {
    	margin: 0px;
    }

    textarea, input, option, optgroup{
    	font-size: 14px;
    }
    </style>
    <![endif]-->

    google.co.uk is fine to me in IE8

    Go to Zoom > 100%

    It seems like you just zoomed out by accident or something.

    Ah ok thanks thats a relief. It was something to do with the settings yes. though it was the first I used the program so think it was the defaults. The fix was either clicking the compatibilty mode button for that website. Or disable visual styles on buttons and controls in webpages. But i wasn't the only one who was getting this problem.

    I wonder if perhaps the version of IE8 i downloaded wasn't the finalized version or something screwy with my installation. Not really too sure. I'm glad it's not everyone on IE8, but its still a worry that it is some people.

    Thanks alot
