    Navigation Buttons askew in IE

How come the buttons "Cosmetic Procedures" and "Skin Cancer Treatments" are slightly askew from the other navigation buttons? in Internet Explorer only. Is this fixable? These 2 buttons are in the css code as a.large and the other buttons are a.small. Look at: http://www.bhdc90210.com

The line-height used in the a.large is 16. At two lines, it adds to 32. the line-height in the a.small is 35. I am pretty sure that is your problem, as if you change the line-height of the a.small to 32, it is viewed properly in both IE and Chrome.
