    I'm trying to validate my CSS, but I keep getting this Parse Error duration=3). Help?

    Code:
    <img src="http://www.inthedesigns.net/image1.jpg" id="slide" style="filter:blendTrans(duration=3)" alt=""/>
    Thank you!

    Could you be putting the wrong thing in?
    <meta http-equiv="Page-Enter" content="blendtrans(duration=2.0)">

    Are you using IE for this, btw? It doesn't seem to work with FF.

    Well, there is no help except than us telling you to remove that blendTrans filter as this is something Microsoft invented and is not part of the standards set by the W3C. Also, it won’t work in any browser other than IE anyway. So just scrap it anyway.

    There are millions of solutions, you just have to use a search engine (and type the correct search terms).

    For a starting point, look at the jQuery cycle plugin (specifically the fade effect). Is that what you’re looking for?
