    CSS: float and position

    If I use float can I still position it?

    for example:

    #text { float: left;
    and then somehow position it a few pixels in different directions?

    of course you can..

    in your code above, you position them by adding some layout properties like.. margin padding line-height.. etc..

    for example
    Code:
    text { float: left;
             margin:10px 0 10 0px;
             padding:10px;
             position:relative;
             bottom:200px;
           }
    there's so many ways, you just have to know what and which is which...
