    PNG fix for MSIE 6

My png files are not displaying properly in MSIE 6. Fine in other browsers. Transparency displays as white.

I have installed pngfix.htc in the directory (both root and images), and I experimented with the strategy found in http://www.hongkiat.com/blog/making-...ernet-explorer and also the one at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/294714/en-us. This did not work for me, the way I did it, but I'm not sure I understood how to do it well.

Anyone know a fix? I am a novice coder, it's not my profession, and I know just enough to get by. Please explain suggestions thoroughly. An actual example with my source code would be great.

My website is at www.mymangosteencards.com. Experiments at index2.html, index3.html, etc.

    Thank you for any help!

I've always preferred this one: http://www.twinhelix.com/css/iepngfix/

1.0 works fine but 2.0 works with background images as well. With that said you've overcomplicated your design and code. There is no need for so many images or the excessive absolute positioning.

    Thank you - Resolved

Thanks - I'll look at that.

    I had success with supersleight.js

I couldn't get unitpngfix to work, but some people seem to think it's better.

The code is wysiwyg - not me.
