Internet Explorer Body width in IE is like 130%

I've basically battled each and everyone of the IE bugs on this site, but this is one that has me stumped. There is something that makes the body way too wide. In IE 6 & 7 you'll see a horizontal scrollbar and I have no idea what's causing it. Anyone able to crack this?

    HELP!!

    Thanks.

Create an IE exception CSS file and force the width to what you want it to be.

    Internet Explorer Been There

I've already tried that. My IE exception style sheet is over 200 lines including forcing the body and wrapper widths. Something is overriding this and I can't find it.

Your layout makes a horizontal scroll bar in FF too for me. have a look at http://bonrouge.com/2c-hf-fluid(r).php to see a good 2 column layout.
