    Nested CSS stopped working?

    The front page of a website I'm working on has different layout than the rest of this webpage, so I added css rules to the header tag. It's been working fine, but suddenly it's stopped now. The page validates fine, and I can't figure out what's going on now.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    this is the css from your frontpage
    Code:
    <link href='_stylesheet.css' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'/>
    	<style type="text/css">
    		body {
    			background: #000;
    			}

    		#wrapper {
    			width: 650px;
    			margin-top: 35px;
    			border: 0px;
    			background: #000;
    			}

    		#header {
    			width: 650px;
    			height: 90px;
    			text-align: center;
    			}
    			#header a img {
    				float: none;
    				margin-top: 25px;
    				}

    		#bar {
    			width: 650px;
    			background: #ffc211;
    			}

    		#main {
    			width: 327px;
    			height: 310px;
    			background: #595959;
    			padding: 70px 181px 0 142px;
    			}

    		#footer {
    			width: 650px;
    			background: #000;
    			}
    			#footer div {
    				color: #FFF;
    				}
    				#footer div a {
    					color: #ffc211;
    					}
    				#footer div a:hover {
    					color: #FFF;
    					}
    	</style>
    other than you linking to another stylesheet, and listing stylesheet codes along with it,
    looks fine to me though browsing with Opera.

    The problem is the css you linked there should be overwriting what is in the linked stylesheet. I'm pretty sure there's just a typo or something that is messing it up. I validated the page of the linked stylesheet and both passed, so I don't know what could be messing things up.

    It's been working fine, but suddenly it's stopped now.
