    1. Apply a div to the content.

    Code:
    #content {
    }
    ,

    Code:
    <div id="content">Home Security Resources: learn more about Home Security from these resouces on the Web.
    Buglar Alarm - Wikipedia information

    Home Security Products and Home Alarms

    Home Security Guru

    Home Security Information and Safety Tips

    The Complete Idiot's Guide to Home Security</div>
    then use this:

    Code:
    #content a:link {
    font-color: blue;
    }
    Code:
    #content a:hover {
    font-color: orange;
    }
    etc... Just modify the CSS to how you want it.

    Or if you want a quick fix, change the hexadecimal of the link colour (in the body) to one that makes blue, instead of yellow.

    Code:
    <body bgColor="#575757" Link="#0000ff" VLink="#FCD401">

    I believe it's advisable to keep all of your link colouring consistent throughout your site.

    But the request, according to the OP, was to have the links in the footer remain yellow.

    GalaxyCode, you're right, I just want the body in blue.

    I still not too sure of doing it, I copy and paste my code here, can you modify for me? I guess the bold part is the right part we should work at?

    I know. I just think it's a bad idea.

    Whatever.

    I agree. People have a certain expectation of what link colors are suppose to be on a web page. Just because you can change them doesn't mean it's correct to do so.
