    Extract data from Yahoo page.How?

    Hi,
I've a html page where i'm providing the below link:

    Code:
    <a href="http://xml.weather.yahoo.com/forecastrss?p=INXX0012&u=c">BANGALORE WEATHER FORECAST</a><BR>
This directly goes to yahoo page. What i would like to have on my page is to extract the Forcast part only and display it on my page itself instead of taking me to yahoo site. How do i do it? Please help.

    Thanks,
    Ramki.
