    text drop down

    hello i have a site where i want to make a text drop down menu...like so say i have the word "help" and if you click help there's a drop down menu with other links...any help?

    thank you... thats it but i cant figure out the certain code..i have text and if someone clicks it a few more text drops down from it...like a navbar sort of...can you give me the code for that plz?

    and what i need to do is make the red administrator part click able..and when people click it it has words drop down...and when u click it again they disappear...like one of those things..a drop down menu i guess there called lol...

    here is the page.. the title is "Show/Hide content with sliding effect". Just scroll down and you will see it. It gives instructions on what to do.

    It will tell you the script to adjust so it wont scale open when you open the page.
