I don't do a ton of HTML coding anymore, but I try to stay up to date and pilfer unremorsefully where I can.

I designed this page from an organization provided template that is pretty uncomplicated, but makes use of CSS, SSI for navigational elements, and DIVs, which frankly I choose not to understand well. Anyway, http://grove.ufl.edu/~asgsa/ works/loads 'fine',

...so I recycle basic standard elements to design http://eclipsesporthorses.com/ fo someone, which of course is NOT on a huge university server system, it is on bluehost. What I can't stand, is that the unstyled, out of place text loads pretty much immediately, but the includes are all slower. I can usually google out solutions to this kind of thing, but hit a wall this a.m.

I'm open to any suggestions. I can handle basic scripting and coding, but the solution can't be too time consuming; this was a freebie.

Thanks!
