    HTML Form Question

Does anyone know if I can make a form that will remember values dependent upon cookies or an IP?

I was planning on making a user interface, but that has proven to be much too difficult at the moment, so I was wondering if I could have something like the following:

Favorite Color? <Radio> Blue <Radio> Red

When the user clicks blue, the value will be remembered until they clear their cookies. Also, if changed, their cookies will reflect this.

I figure it is a dirty work-about, but it might work.

Okay...I understood none of that whatsoever.

Could someone either dumb it down or help me?

    Okay, here's what I want:

A form that when people fill it out, they get a name/code, etc. so that they can access it from any computer. How can I do this? I DO NOT want a user system.
