    Problem with positioning on multi-framed page

    Hey guys,

    I'm working on a site that has two frames, top and bottom. The top frame and bottom frame have a centered background image and the 2 images together make up 1 image. I also added buttons in a css layer that are ontop of a certain part of the image in the top frame. The bottom frame has text scrolling over the background image. On my resolution (1400x900) the site looks fine, but with 1280x900, the menu bar is moved to the left.

    this is from the html page in the top frame:

    <div style="position:relative; width:407px; margin:0 auto;">
    <div style="position: absolute; width: 407px; height: 43px; left: 4px; top: 223px;">
    <table width="406" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
    <tr>
    <td width="67"><a href="javascript:;" target="_top" onClick="MM_nbGroup('down','group1','home','',1)" onMouseOver="MM_nbGroup('over','home','home-over.jpg','',1)" onMouseOut="MM_nbGroup('out')"><img src="home.jpg" alt="" name="home" width="67" height="42" border="0" onload=""></a></td>
    <td width="355"><a href="javascript:;" target="_top" onClick="MM_nbGroup('down','group1','aboutus','',1)" onMouseOver="MM_nbGroup('over','aboutus','aboutus-over.jpg','',1)" onMouseOut="MM_nbGroup('out')"><img src="aboutus.jpg" alt="" name="aboutus" width="82" height="42" border="0" onload=""></a><a href="cause.html" target="_parent" onMouseOver="MM_swapImage('cause','','cause-over.jpg',1)" onMouseOut="MM_swapImgRestore()"><img src="cause.jpg" name="cause" width="90" height="42" border="0"></a><a href="video.html" onMouseOut="MM_swapImgRestore()" onMouseOver="MM_swapImage('video','','video-over.jpg',1)"><img src="video.jpg" name="video" width="60" height="42" border="0"><img src="publicity.jpg" name="publicity" width="106" height="42" border="0"></a></td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    </div>
    </div>

    What I need this layer to do is be in the same position on different resolutions. Also if it moved with the image when the web page is made smaller vertically was something I was trying to do as well.
