    Question How to apply IE if condition within CSS file?

    I know how to apply CSS IE if conditions in html file but I wanna know if there is any way to apply the IE if condition within a CSS file?

    No there isn't, at least not any valid solution. The solution would require javascript and it can get messy.

    AFAIK, if we put !important with any rule, browsers like FF will take them as the last word and don't consider any other changes after that. At the same time we can change it for IE.
    Say..
    Code:
    div#test{
    width:200px !important; /*taken by FF*/
    width:250px; /*taken by IE*/

    Thanks for your help sir. I am using below code to show list items with icon. everything is fine on FF & Safari but the icon is invisible when I view the page on IE6 & 7. Please help me how can I make the ico background image visible on IE too?

    You need to have a space before the word left.

    Sir, can u please guide me that how can I check my site on MAC?
    As I am running WinXP & my client is running MAC, I want to check the site on MAC environment before delivering him the final result. Is there any online tool which show us the pages like how they look on MAC?

    I thought that the !important bugs were fixed in IE7?
