    Removing borders from input fields in IE6

    Hi

    Is it possible to remove the borders from input/select fields in IE6?

    Put this in your CSS:
    Code:
    input[type="text"]
    {
       border:0
    }
    Not sure exactly how far back that works but doing the following will also make your submit buttons have no border:

    }

    Better, put a class="text" or something like and then specify in the CSS as
    Code:
    input.text{
    border:/*whatever*/
    }
    AFAIK, IE6 doesn't take input[type="text"], and border styles like inset, outset etc.
