Question Username and Password fields over Non-Background Image

I am attempting to place my Username and Password fields on top of an image, however, the only way has been through use of an AP DIV. The problem is, if the window is resized, the AP DIV floats around and does not stay within its designated area. How do I get it to stay put?

The page in question is here.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

You could use a div... put the image as the background and set it's position to relative. Then give the form an id and set it's position to absolute and position it via top and bottom values where you want it to be placed
"write it for FireFox then hack it for IE."
