Question How to make a page jump down on load?

Hi all. I wonder if there's a way to make a page jump down automatically when it loads? (without using # anchors!)
More exactly, I need it to jump down 200 pixels and stop there.
Is it also possible to include this in the href tag? Then I could just make a link to whatever page and get it to jump down a bit.

    Leave 'em out!

If you don't want the top 200 px of the page to show, why include them in the page in the first place? Easy solution, no scripting, works on all browsers...

    Duh

Yes, of course. But I didn't make the page I want to link and jump into, nor can I change it.
So the best solution would be to make a link to the page with a 'jump-down' function. But how?
